University of Sydney is inviting applications for School of information technologies postgraduatecoursework entry scholarships. International Students can apply for these scholarships.

University offers a number of general and subject-specific funding schemes. The aim of the scholarships is to attract the best and most motivated people to Sydney.

The University of Sydney is an Australian public research university in Sydney, Australia. Founded in 1850, it is Australia’s first university and is regarded as one of its most prestigious. The purpose of this Scholarship is to encourage international candidates commencing their studies in the Masters program in the School of Information Technologies in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies.

Applicants must have a minimum grade point average in your previous degree. If English is not the first language, applicants will need to have either: successfully completed tertiary studies in which the language of instruction, examination and assessment was English, or completed an English proficiency test, with results as required by each course.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing postgraduate degree level at the University of Sydney.

Study Subject(s): Scholarships are provided to learn any of the courses School of Information Technologies in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies at University of Sydney.

Scholarship Award: Scholarship has a value of $6,000.

Eligibility:  To be eligible, an applicant must:

• The applicant must have a full/unconditional offer of study at the University of Sydney for one the following coursework programs: Master of Information Technology (MIT), Master of Information Technology Management (MITM), or (MIT/MITM) at the time of the Scholarship application closing date for the relevant semester it is being offered for.
• Applicants must have achieved a distinction average or above in their undergraduate studies to apply. An applicant’s performance in IT based subjects will also be considered.
• Students who have already commenced their studies in one of the above named programs in the Faculty, or that transfer into one of those programs from another postgraduate program are not eligible.

Nationality: International Students can apply for these scholarships.
