RMIT University is inviting applications for Science, Engineering, and Health Postgraduate Scholarships. Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
Scholarship selection is based on academic merit. The Scholarships are competitive, with academic achievement forming the basis for scholarship selection.

A valid English proficiency test must be submitted for programs with an IELTS entry requirement of 7.0 and above.

University of Adelaide Ashok Khurana Scholarship for Indian Students in Australia, 2017

The University of Adelaide offers Ashok Khurana Scholarship for Indian students in Australia. Scholarships are available for pursuing full-time postgraduate studies.
This scholarship has been established by Professor Ashok Khurana to support the post-graduate education of outstanding Indian students who are undertaking full-time post-graduate studies at the University.
The University of Adelaide is ranked in the top 1% of universities worldwide. The University of Adelaide is a world-class tertiary education and research institution committed to delivering high quality and distinct learning, teaching and research experiences.
English as a first language is generally sufficient for this purpose. If English is not the first language however, evidence of the following should be supplied completion of tertiary studies at an institution, where English is the medium of instruction and examination, for a period of at least two years in the last five years or one year in the last two years.
Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing full-time postgraduate studies at the University of Adelaide.
Study Subject: The Scholarship will be open to candidates who will be undertaking a postgraduate coursework program of study, on a full time basis at the University in the areas of:

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for this scholarship:
  • The scholarship is only available for international students with Indian citizenship who are commencing a postgraduate coursework program. Students who have already commenced their studies at the University of Adelaide are ineligible to apply.
  • The University reserves the right to vary the award, or not to offer a scholarship if the candidates have not achieved the level of academic achievement to merit the awards.
  •  Candidates who have applied for, or will apply for Australian permanent resident status are ineligible to apply.

Entrance Requirements: The scholarship is only available for international students with Indian citizenship who are commencing a postgraduate coursework program.
English language Requirements: English as a first language is generally sufficient for this purpose.

  • Completion of tertiary studies at an institution, where English is the medium of instruction and examination, for a period of at least two years in the last five years or one year in the last two years, or
  • A satisfactory English Language Test as outlined in the information below for International applicants.
Test Requirements: International applicants may submit the results of a suitable English Test which has been undertaken within two years of the date of application. The University accepts the following tests of English Language

New Zealand Excellence Awards (NZEA) for Indian Students, 2016

New Zealand Universities and Education New Zealand (ENZ) are jointly offering up to 35 scholarships for Indian students. These scholarships are available to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate study in New Zealand in the fields of business, fashion and STEM-related programmes (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
The New Zealand Universities and Education New Zealand (ENZ) provides modern educational and research environments that will enable students and researchers to face current challenges and to focus on knowledge as a principle driving force for development.
International education is one of New Zealand’s largest export revenue earners, contributing over NZD2 billion annually to New Zealand’s export economy. Education New Zealand (ENZ) is a crown entity and is the lead organisation marketing New Zealand’s education industry overseas. Working at ENZ offers applicants the opportunity to engage with colleagues around the world.
A minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS is required for admission at the first-year level. An alternative is TOEFL (iBT): minimum score 79-80.

  •  Have evidence of (unconditional) offer of place at a New Zealand University
  • Meet Immigration New Zealand requirements for a New Zealand Student Visa including health, character requirements and evidence of financial support.

MPhil Scholarships for Developing Countries at University of Cambridge in UK, 2017

The University of Cambridge is offering Conservation Leadership Scholarships for October 2017 intake. These scholarships are available for the students from less developed and developing countries to pursue the master degree in Conservation Leadership.
The MPhil in Conservation Leadership aims to train students to address the challenges of biodiversity conservation in an integrated and interdisciplinary manner.

  • Second, scholarship applicants should write a financial case explaining the funds that they have available and any funds that they still require to ensure they can take up a place on the course. This financial case should update any information given in the original application to the Graduate Admissions Office. The financial case should not exceed 200 words.
